Imasayn Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Imasayn Discord bot, its support features, and related API services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Nyasami ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Some Imasayn responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. They should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or security advice.

1. Eligibility

You must be permitted to use Discord under Discord's terms and meet the minimum age required by Discord and the laws where you live. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Service for lawful conversation, technical support, account and transaction support, and server features made available to you. You are responsible for the content you submit and for verifying important information before acting on it.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Harass others, distribute malware, facilitate unauthorized access, or violate another person's rights.
Impersonate the creator, a moderator, another user, or attempt to obtain privileges through misleading names or messages.
Use prompt injection, fabricated context, spam, or other techniques to manipulate moderation or privileged tools.
Attempt to bypass permissions, rate limits, safety controls, service quotas, bans, or timeouts.
Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure except where applicable law clearly permits it.
Submit secrets or personal information you do not have permission to share.

4. Automated responses and actions

The Service may automatically generate replies, evaluate messages, suggest moderation decisions, and choose available tools. Automated results can be incorrect. Privileged actions are subject to application permission checks, Discord permissions, and, where applicable, human confirmation.

The bot may react to messages, apply timeouts in response to serious or repeated abuse, or carry out authorized moderator requests. Server administrators and moderators retain final authority over server enforcement and may reverse or extend actions where appropriate.

5. Support, accounts, and transactions

Support responses do not guarantee that a service, transaction, or account issue can be resolved. Account changes, refunds, bans, transaction corrections, and similar actions may require verification or human review.

Purchases and payments are also subject to the terms and refund policies presented by the applicable seller and payment provider. The bot's response does not modify those separate terms.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Discord, cloud processing, hosting, payment, backend services, and linked websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, or conduct.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Features may fail or be unavailable because of maintenance, quotas, provider outages, revoked credentials, Discord permissions, or other circumstances.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the Service, created security or legal risk, or harmed users or infrastructure. Discord server moderators may also enforce their server rules independently.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyasami will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, access, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from use of or inability to use the Service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
