Imasayn Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nyasami ("we," "us," or "our") processes information when you use the Imasayn Discord bot, its support features, and related API services (collectively, the "Service").

Imasayn provides automated responses. Do not send passwords, private keys, authentication tokens, payment card details, or other secrets in messages or attachments.

1. Information we process

Depending on the feature you use, the Service may process:

Discord account and server information, including user IDs, usernames, display names, server and channel IDs, roles, permissions, message IDs, and mentions.
Message content, reply context, recent channel history, reactions, commands, and attachments you send to or ask the bot to review.
Support information you provide, such as email addresses, transaction IDs, billing status, and troubleshooting details.
Moderation information, including reported messages, automated recommendations, moderator confirmations, timeouts, bans, and audit reasons.
Operational information such as request timestamps, errors, service health data, and other logs needed to secure and maintain the Service.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. The bot may receive transaction identifiers, purchaser names, email addresses, and payment amounts for support purposes, but it does not receive full payment card details.

2. How we use information

We process information to:

Respond to messages and provide requested support.
Provide billing, transaction, and account troubleshooting.
Operate moderation, anti-abuse, reaction, and support tools.
Link Discord accounts and assign authorized roles.
Protect users, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Automated processing

Messages, attachments, and related context submitted to conversational, support, and moderation features may be transmitted to third-party cloud services to generate responses and assist with message analysis.

Information handled by those services is subject to their applicable terms, privacy policies, account configuration, and data-use practices. Service tiers may have different data-handling terms. Only submit information you are comfortable having processed in this way.

4. When information is shared

We may share or transmit information as needed to operate the Service:

With Discord to receive messages and deliver bot features.
With cloud processing services to generate automated responses and moderation analysis.
With hosting, infrastructure, payment, and backend service providers.
With authorized server moderators when a ticket is escalated or a moderation decision requires review.
When required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, or harm.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

Automated conversation state is held temporarily in the running bot process. General, ticket, and moderator chat sessions are limited to recent history and may be cleared when sessions are recreated, errors occur, or the bot restarts. This does not delete the original Discord messages.

Discord messages remain subject to Discord and server retention settings. Cloud processing, payment, backend, and hosting service providers may retain information according to their own policies and our operational or legal requirements. Transaction and moderation records may be retained when needed for account support, fraud prevention, disputes, and server safety.

6. Your choices and requests

You can reduce the information processed by the Service by:

Not mentioning or invoking the bot.
Removing unnecessary personal information from support messages.
Deleting messages where Discord permissions allow.
Contacting us to request access, correction, or deletion.

Some requests may be limited when information must be retained for security, transactions, legal compliance, or when it is controlled by Discord or another provider. Rights may vary depending on where you live.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including permission checks for privileged bot tools. No online service is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be lost, misused, or accessed without authorization.

8. Children

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and any higher minimum age required in your country. The Service is not directed to children who are not permitted to use Discord.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
